This is a digital product. There is no physical shipment.

After payment is confirmed, access details are sent to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours. The email contains your login to the learning platform and an invitation to the participant group.

If you have not received your access details within that time, please check your spam folder and then contact us at privatecollegellp@proton.me. We respond to access issues within 2 business days.

Access remains available for the period included in your plan, counted from the date access is first provided.
